The cohort runs from August to March, with monthly Zoom calls, monthly coaching sessions, and an in-person summit from February 23rd to 25th in Kaneohe, HI (Oahu).
The WIML Cohort, led by Dr. Marion Ingegneri, is an eight-month intensive program in ministry leadership. The cohort experience includes coaching, counseling, and mentoring. A primary focus of the cohort is identifying values, resulting in a ministry calling statement. The cohort culminates with an in-person Summit.
